When a dynamic block moves too fast, and the biker touches it, it can 'fall' inside it.
even worse, if the block is really fast, it can go through the biker without killing him...

=> for fast moving blocks, check collision between two frames positions.

1. to take the strawberry, you just have to touch the zone surrounding it.
2. the time is 'discret' not 'continue', so if a block moves too fast, it can go through the head of the biker without killing it.

the point 2 should be fixed. for sure.
fixing it would prevent the biker to go inside dynamic blocks too.

with chipmunk dynamic blocks, this issue should be fixed.
because dynamic blocks are teleported to each new positions, whereas chipmunk blocks are moved smoothly from one position to another.
